Contact Toma Management
Start with a conversation, not a form.
Most useful market entry conversations start with a small amount of context.
Before any recommendation is made, Toma Management needs to understand what the business does, where it wants to operate, and what's already been tried. Everything else follows from there.
Getting in touch doesn't commit you to anything beyond an initial conversation. The purpose of that first exchange is to understand whether the intended move is commercially realistic and where the practical obstacles are likely to sit, before any structure, jurisdiction or timeline is discussed in detail.
- An initial review of the business activity, target market and current structure
- A candid view on whether the proposed route is likely to work in practice
- Clarity on what information or documentation would strengthen the case
- No obligation to proceed; the first conversation is simply diagnostic
A more useful first conversation is one where some of this information is already to hand, though none of it needs to be finalised before reaching out.
- A short description of the business activity and the reason for entering the new market
- The current company structure and any countries where the group already operates
- Shareholder, director, beneficial-owner and signatory information
- Target countries for customers and suppliers, along with expected transaction volumes and currencies
- Any previous bank rejections, application delays, onboarding issues or compliance questions raised
